WILLIAMS, CHARLES. V., Class of 1947, Smyrna, Delaware, on September 15. A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 18 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, September 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Polycarp's Roman Catholic Church, 135 Ransom Lane, Smyrna, Delaware.
